Several recently dropped and subsequently caught British domain names are currently being auctioned at Domainlore. Some of them stand out not only because of their age, but also because of their existing backlink profiles. One of the most notable names is sme-finance-monitor.co.uk (https://ift.tt/8H4oBZ6). Originally registered in 2011, the domain has a history stretching back around 15 years. According to the auction data, it has an Ahrefs Domain Rating (DR) of 15, a Domain Authority (DA) of 32, and approximately 615 backlinks from 515 referring domains. Particularly interesting is the origin of some of these links. The listed referring sites include The Guardian, BBC, SAGE Publications, Computer Weekly, HuffPost UK, International Business Times, and Global Banking & Finance.
